Your website is often the first impression you will give parents and something OFSTED will thoroughly check before making that initial phone call so making sure it meets all statutory requirements is essential.

As an ex-Head Teacher myself, I understand how important making sure your website is compliant and up-to-date is, but I just didn’t have enough time to do it.  Don’t worry, we’re here to help and can do it for you!

Our School Website Audit provides a comprehensive audit with a written report demonstrating your level of compliance and any recommendations for improvement.

Our Audits have a turnaround time of 5 working days but we also offer a 24-hour service for urgent requests, subject to an additional fee.

How Does it Work?

It's really simple - you place your order and we'll get to work!

School Website Audit

Once your order is received, an experienced Head Teacher will:

  • Check the DfE website to make sure we have the most up-to-date statutory guidance
  • Confirm your school type (as academies and maintained schools have different statutory requirements)
  • Carefully, and thoroughly, check each point on the statutory requirements against your website – this includes opening policies and documents to make sure they are in date and open correctly
  • Write your RAG rated report (Green – present with no issues, Amber – present with slight issues or Red – not present or significant issues e.g. out-of-date) with clear recommendations where appropriate
  • Return your report with our comments within five working days (a 24-hour service is available)
 
Your report gives you a clear visual overview of your level of compliance as well as having clear recommendations for any items that are not assessed as Green.
